...Collins is... choreographer enough to pepper the piece with startling vertical jumps and odd twists at the apex. He lays out an idea and makes it go somewhere. He makes you wonder what will happen next.
Rasa Dance Theatre's dancers crafted a promising ensemble work, "Seating Arrangements," which included rigorous and liquid partnering with folding chairs.
Seething emotion cast in graceful movement.
I love Rasa. I find the work consistently inventive and very well danced. I think there's a lot of really innovative ideas being explored.
